i began this blog with the above image/commentary.

it’s only at this point, after my posts below, that i have any leg to stand on for the following claim:

the most revolutionary claim to a revolutionary claim to art practice, and it’s radical critique, was sponsored by a major corporation: nextel.

and the many examples i’ve provided are those that ‘do’ something.

perhaps they fail. perhaps they partially do do something. sometimes, they do far more than that, but their effects are never registered because the neoliberal art market ignores them. they are the equivalent of the 2.5 million voters who have defied the electoral college, to speak in conventional, post-trump terms.

my point being, if any left is ever to return, it must organize by the banner of the artist, LFH’S [michael s. moore’s], conception of demockary.  and to do that, would only ally you with the majority of non-voters – the 42% who chose not to vote, and therefore, with the MAJORITY.
